Who are you??

I'm Damien creator and manager of the site CARGO SHOP®, so I work alone it's me who will accompany you in all the steps (order processing, customer service ...)

The sign CARGO SHOP® existed since 2009, I was not always sold "ethnic" (see press article) that passion is obvious to me during a trip in 2011 ... Since I work only with artisans and trusted manufacturers as much on the quality of products as the production and working conditions ... Is what you deliver outside of France?

Yes I book over the world (Europe, overseas territories, New Caledonia, United States ...)

H.T price (tax payable on arrival)


Who is your driver?

For reasons of quality and price, I work only the group post (Chronopost), and that, whatever the destination.


Which method of payment do you accept?

I accept the payment methods: Credit card, PayPal, Cash and Cheque.


When my order will it be treated?

All orders are processed the same day they leave the same day if placed before 14:00, otherwise they are shipped the next day.


Pull yourself an item that does not fit, what are the conditions?

Yes I take in stride your articles to certain conditions: return the item in new condition with the same label, and the compulsory withdrawal period of 14 days. (30 days with VIP card)

Note that it is imperative and mandatory to complete a return document to process the refund or exchange your item (link back)


Do you have physical stores?

Not only on the internet, however, I welcome you to my showroom on the Arcachon basin (by appointment only)

Where do your clothes?

Manufacturers are from Nepal, Bali, Thailand and India for most

(Except fashion products: from China or Italy)


The VIP card is what?

The VIP card was designed to retain and reward and our client (s) and gives numerous discounts and benefits including free delivery dice € 45.00 instead of € 75.00


Why the shipping and return are borne by the customer?

I'll admit an open secret, nothing is free ... The shops that provide free port, in reality the price of port is injected into the product, I play some transparency by charging postage, my prices are calculated as accurately and without value. After one should not compare a small business to a large group like Amazon them can afford to take the postage and return their dependents because they send parcels MILLIONS worldwide ...


Why balances are shortened ??

I do not do false balances, I really liquid unsold stock, I am fortunate to have a shop that works much like the products most of the time, so once the sale items passed, I shortens balances .
